Dom Pedro Golf is in the ranking of the best golf courses

Golf World Awards
The nomination Golf World Awards by Today's Golfer referenced, once again, Portugal as a golf destination of choice, placing the Algarve region in the spotlights. Contributing to this recognition, Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection reached tenth position in the Top 100 Best Golf Resorts in Continental Europe.
To justify this decision, the ranking that recognises the best golf courses in Europe and the World, published by Bauer, highlighted that no other golf resort in Europe offers a choice of five golf courses - Dom Pedro Old Course, Dom Pedro Laguna, Dom Pedro Victoria, Dom Pedro Pinhal and Dom Pedro Millennium.
The year 2022 allowed to consolidate the trajectory of awards in the golf sector for Dom Pedro. The Dom Pedro Old Course, also known as the "Grande Dame of the Algarve", won first place in the X Factor Courses:
"Congratulations! Dom Pedro Vilamoura Golf Club - Old Course has been selected as a winner in Golf World's Top 100: X Factor Courses for 2022. The full list of winners is featured on Today's Golfer website.”
Although this golf course in Vilamoura is not located by the sea, the tranquillity, and the purely golfing scenario - without many houses in its surroundings - were a differentiating factor. Thus, according to the judges, the characteristic elegance of this golf course is an unquestionable constant.
Top 100 Best Golf Courses in Continental Europe
In addition to these awards, the Dom Pedro Victoria and the Dom Pedro Old Course are nominated for the Top 100 Best Golf Courses in Continental Europe, as well as for the best golf courses in Portugal.
Prestige Awards
To add to the list of awards, Dom Pedro Golf has recently won the Prestige Awards. This award is given since 1983 and recognises companies that offer excellent products and services to residents, expatriates and tourist visitors.
