WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE IN THIS OPPORTUNITY?

- Coordinating and implementing the strategy inherent to the Revenue area in the various units of the Cluster with the aim of increasing and maximizing revenue;

- Developing and monitoring action plans and commercial objectives;

- Identifying new opportunities to generate revenue;

- Communicating sales and pricing strategies with the hotels' general management;

- Challenging and influencing the units to continuously improve service levels and operational standards;

- Analyzing the overall performance of the units and providing summary reports with recommendations for medium/long-term strategy improvements;

- Communicating with clients on a regular basis with a purpose to increasing revenue;

- Budgeting, forecasting and monitoring results;

- Providing daily, weekly and/or monthly reports;

- Regular data collection and analysis in order to detect the need for adjustments to the strategy;

- Optimizing and expanding distribution partnerships;

- Daily management of yield operations;

- Creating and developing pricing strategies;

- Develop benchmarking studies and follow market trends;

- Working in partnership with the commercial, marketing and reservations teams;

- Ensuring that the online booking process is complied, up-to-date and functional.



WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE?

- A degree compatible with the position (preferably in Hotel Management);

- Knowledge of yield management and e-commerce;

- Ability to interpret financial data;

- High sense of responsibility and rigor;

- Strong analytical skills and results orientation;

- Ease of adaptation;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE IN THIS OPPORTUNITY?

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or similar.

· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

· Proven prior experience in similar roles.

· Experience in the Hospitality industry (preferably).

· Good adaptability, proactivity, and proficiency in computer tools from a user perspective.

· Organizational, teamwork, precision, and responsibility skills.

· Strong ability to implement processes, procedures, and systems.

· Proficient in spoken and written English (mandatory factor).



WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE?

· Supervise the daily management of the liquidity of group entities through cash flow planning and forecasting.

· Ensure the correct and timely execution of treasury operations.

· Maintain and build strong relationships with banking institutions and manage information requests and other requirements.

· Enable proper access to be granted to various stakeholders through banking power of attorney for all entities.

· Control bank financing, the use of credit lines, including the issuance of bonds/commercial paper, and related operations.

· Manage transactions between group companies, loan processes, and associated documentation.

· Ability to report to internal or external entities.

· Ensure the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.

· Supervise working capital management.

· Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

· Manage the team assigned to treasury functions.

· Support the finance department on related matters.

· Implement rigorous planning and control of group companies' tax obligations.

· Collaborate in the preparation/creation of all legally and fiscally required documentation.

· Prepare tax declarations and submit mandatory files on available platforms.

· Support compliance with tax legislation and system requirements.

· Monitor and support external audits.

· Conduct reconciliations and support monthly closing accounting operations.

· Verify monthly bank reconciliations.

· Document and align the implemented procedures within the group.

· Propose the implementation of improvements in internal control procedures.

· Prepare financial reports and accounts of group companies.

· Ensure the reporting of information to external entities (Bank of Portugal, INE, Tourism of Portugal, etc.).

· Support the finance department on related matters.
