HOW THE POINTS SYSTEM WORKS 

You get one point for every euro you spend or, in other words, 1 euro corresponds to 1 point!
Your points are equivalent to the final total on your bill. 
These points are registered on your card when you check out.
When you check out or dine in a restaurant, you must always show your card to register your points.

BOOKINGS:

In order to take advantage of your card benefits, you should always supply your card identification number and name when making a booking.
Bookings are only valid if made directly with hotels in the Dom Pedro Group.
The card is non-transferable and for personal use only. It cannot be used by third parties. Clients may be requested to show their card in order to safeguard the security of the system. The client agrees to allow the personal information that appears on his/her application form to be used by the Dom Pedro Hotels database and by their business partners for promotional purposes.

There is no time limit for the use of Dom Pedro Club Cards. However, points may only be accumulated for a maximum of three years without being exchanged for benefits. At the end of this period, any points that have accumulated and not used for more than 3 years will be automatically lost.
